Some of our projects...
Commercial construction. Ocean View Church building remodel and expansion. Montgomery Construction Services, Inc. performed the interior demolition, structural CMU demolition, site demolition, exported soils, excavated and graded site.
Heavy Civil Construction. Installed a dentention basin at the Linda Vista Armory. Contracted Directly with the State of California.
Commercial construction. Construction and installation of structural concrete at the San Diego Fire Station No. 45. Currently under construction.
Civil construction and installation of flat work at 35th and Adams, San Diego, CA. Installed off-site improvements.
Terminal 2 East expansion at the San Diego Airport. Montgomery Construction Services, Inc. performed site demolition, excavation, grading and slurry shoring at slab of adjacent building.
Independence Point assisted living. MCSI installed structural concrete footings and masonry foundation walls for the San Diego Housing Commission.
